Meal plans
May. 16th, 2010 10:59 pmI'm starting to get a meal plan together. I'm giving myself a week. I think I'll do better for myself if I plan out what I'm going eat, at least to a certain extent. I know I can't predict everything, but I eat too eratically. Meals I make for myself aren't frequently meals so much as collections of ala carte items that I have on hand. I.e., a dinner of two mandarin oranges and some mixed nuts.

Planning stuff out at work has made things a lot easier on me there, and so I think that planning out meals will make things easier for me at home, too.
Have any of you ever made a weekly meal plan? Do you plan what you're going to eat throughout the day or week, or do you just tend to wing it? What works for you?
